WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

We will look at two examples of pioneers in Science (Dr. Roger Tsien and Dr. Paul Janssen) that successfully navigated and were prolific in the biotech/ pharmaceutical industry).

LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR SCIENTISTS

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

2-3 hour trainings with lecture, facilitated discussions, and active engagement. Each workshop objective is to provide the participant with additional "tools" to challenge their current thinking and perhaps push them in the scientific setting.
